· All products are made in small batches and may have minor variations in colour, fragrance, or texture. These are natural and not defects.
· Product images are indicative. Actual products may vary slightly.
· Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
· We reserve the right to modify prices and product availability at any time without notice.

Orders

· All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
· We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
· Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. All orders must be prepaid.

Payments

We accept secure online payments through Razorpay (UPI, debit/credit cards, netbanking). We do not store payment details.

Returns and refunds

Refer to our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy. Briefly: due to the personal-care nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges except in cases of transit damage or incorrect orders.

· You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.

Limitation of liability

Shuchi Rituals is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the order value.
