Refund, Return & Exchange Policy
At Shuchi Rituals, every product is handcrafted in small batches with mindful intention. Due to the personal-care nature of our products and to maintain the highest hygiene and quality standards, we have a strict no-return, no-refund, no-exchange policy.
What this means
· We do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
· We do not offer refunds on completed orders.
· We do not offer exchanges between products.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged in transit, or if you receive an incorrect product, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery at purecare@shuchirituals.com or +91 90223 29217 with:
· Your order number
· Photographs of the damaged or incorrect item
· Photographs of the outer packaging
We review each case individually and will arrange a replacement at our discretion. This applies only to genuine cases of transit damage or shipping errors.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
