Shipping Policy
We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days from our Pune workshop. Each product is freshly prepared and quality-checked before dispatch.
Delivery timeline
· Metros and Tier-1 cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch
· Tier-2 cities and other locations: 5–7 business days after dispatch
· Remote areas may take an additional 2–3 business days
These are indicative timelines from our courier partners and may vary slightly.
Shipping charges
· Free shipping on all orders above ₹499
· A flat shipping fee applies on orders below ₹499 (calculated at checkout)
Cash on Delivery
We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at this time. All orders must be prepaid through our secure payment partners.
Order tracking

Address accuracy
Please double-check your delivery address before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Re-shipping costs in such cases will be borne by the customer.
Lost or damaged shipments
In the rare case of a lost or damaged shipment, please reach out within 48 hours of expected delivery (or actual delivery in case of damage) with photographs and order details. Refer to our Refund Policy for next steps.
